INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LEGAL NOTICE

1. Ownership

All intellectual property associated with Goals & Dreamers, including but not limited to brand names, logos, trademarks, graphics, artwork, garment designs, product concepts, photographs, videos, website content, written content, packaging, labels, prints, embroidery designs, technical drawings, technical specifications, marketing materials and other original creative works, is owned by or used under licence by Goals & Dreamers and/or its relevant rights holders.

Nothing on this website, social-media platforms, products, promotional materials or other official Goals & Dreamers channels grants any person or business ownership of, or unrestricted rights to use, our intellectual property.

2. Copyright

Original creative works produced for or by Goals & Dreamers may be protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property rights.

Unless expressly authorised in writing, you must not:

  • Copy or reproduce our artwork, graphics, photographs, videos or written content.
  • Reproduce or recreate our original designs or creative works.
  • Modify, adapt, trace or create derivative versions of our protected creative works.
  • Upload our content to another website, marketplace or social-media account for commercial use.
  • Manufacture products incorporating our protected artwork, graphics or designs.
  • Distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

3. Brand Name, Logos & Trademarks

The Goals & Dreamers name, associated logos, marks, slogans and other brand identifiers are valuable intellectual property.

No person or business may use, reproduce, imitate or commercially exploit Goals & Dreamers branding in a manner that suggests an association, endorsement, partnership or affiliation with Goals & Dreamers without prior written permission.

4. Clothing & Product Designs

Goals & Dreamers invests significant time and resources into the development of its garments and products.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction or commercial exploitation of our original product designs, artwork, patterns, graphics, prints, embroidery, distinctive visual elements or other protectable design features may constitute intellectual-property infringement.

5. Manufacturing & Unauthorised Production

Manufacturers, suppliers, factories, contractors and third parties who receive Goals & Dreamers designs, technical specifications, samples, tech packs or other confidential materials are not authorised to reproduce, manufacture, sell or distribute those materials or products for themselves or for third parties unless expressly permitted under a written agreement.

Unauthorised production, including the manufacture of excess units, unauthorised samples, replicas or products based substantially on Goals & Dreamers’ protected materials, may result in legal action.

6. Photography, Video & Marketing Content

All official Goals & Dreamers photography, videography, campaign material, product photography, advertisements and promotional content may be protected by copyright.

You may not copy, download, reproduce, edit, repost for commercial purposes, sell or otherwise exploit this material without prior written permission.

Where limited social-media sharing is permitted, appropriate attribution should be provided and the content must not be altered in a manner that misrepresents Goals & Dreamers.

7. Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, the text, graphics, images, videos, designs, layout and other original content appearing on official Goals & Dreamers websites and digital platforms belong to or are licensed to Goals & Dreamers.

Unauthorised commercial copying, scraping, reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Use

Without written permission, you must not:

  1. Copy Goals & Dreamers designs or artwork.
  2. Manufacture replicas of Goals & Dreamers products.
  3. Sell counterfeit or unauthorised Goals & Dreamers products.
  4. Use Goals & Dreamers logos or branding commercially.
  5. Reproduce our product photography or campaign material for commercial purposes.
  6. Present yourself or your business as an official Goals & Dreamers partner, supplier, representative or affiliate.
  7. Use our designs, tech packs or confidential development materials to create competing products.
  8. Remove copyright, trademark or other ownership notices from our materials.
  9. Use our intellectual property to promote, advertise or sell another brand’s products.
  10. Reproduce or commercially exploit our intellectual property in any medium without permission.

9. Enforcement

Goals & Dreamers reserves the right to investigate suspected infringement and take appropriate action where its intellectual-property rights or other legal rights have been infringed.

Depending on the circumstances, enforcement may include requests to remove infringing material, demands to cease unauthorised use, platform takedown requests, recovery of losses or damages, and/or legal proceedings.

Where appropriate, Goals & Dreamers may seek legal remedies through the relevant courts or intellectual-property procedures. (GOV.UK)

10. No Waiver

Failure by Goals & Dreamers to immediately enforce any right or restriction contained in this notice does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Goals & Dreamers reserves the right to enforce its intellectual-property rights at any time.

11. Permission & Licensing

Any permission to use Goals & Dreamers intellectual property must be expressly granted in writing by an authorised representative of Goals & Dreamers.

Verbal discussions, social-media interactions, purchases of products or access to our website do not, by themselves, constitute permission to reproduce or commercially exploit our intellectual property.

12. Governing Law

This notice shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that may apply under applicable law.
